Established in 1996, Amirashvili, Gogishvili & Shengelia, G.P. (AGS
G.P.) being the first U.S.-Georgia legal firm (formerly International Advocates,
L.L.C.) to start practicing law in Georgia, maintains its head office in Tbilisi
and a liaison office in Atlanta. The firm has quickly grown into one of the leading
and well-established groups, rendering quality legal services to the variety of
resident and non-resident businesses operating in Georgia, the Caucasus and the
Central Asian Republics. We represent various real estate developers, major food
and beverage as well as international oil, gas and energy related businesses.

of cultures and changing laws in the regions of Caucasus and Central Asia. We have

regions of the Caucasus and the Central Asian Republics. The countries of rapid
changes have dynamic laws, while a lot of governmental procedures are burdensome
and over-bureaucratic. The combination of Western and local education and professionalism

since McDonalds and Coca-Cola brought elements of Western traditions to the troubled
